Dar… Subconştientul este stabil şi eficient doar în măsura în care primeşte informaţii clare şi de calitate. El nu ne va îndeplini ţelurile şi dorinţele automat: trebuie să îi spunem exact ce ne dorim şi să îi cerem explicit acel ceva. El va alerta mintea conştientă să identifice oportunităţile, oamenii şi circumstanţele de care avem nevoie pentru a ne îndeplini dorinţa.
Altfel, se deduce, există toate ”şansele” ca subconştientul să lucreze împotriva noastră. Nu sună prea bine, nu-i aşa?
Cum dialogăm eficient cu subconştientul? Prin trei canale de comunicare, spune dr. Robert Anthony:
- Verbalizarea
Nimic nou sub soare: cuvintele au forţă creatoare sau distructivă – extraordinară. Subconştientul le acceptă, ca tot ce primeşte de la noi, fără a le pune la îndoială. Pozitive sau negative, prin ele îl programăm. Şi ne programăm viaţa: afirmaţiile pozitive o consolidează, cele negative o distrug.
”Nu-mi place meseria pe care o am”.
”Niciodată nu voi avea bani”.
”Nu mă pot lăsa de fumat” etc.
Atâtea verbalizări care încep cu ”nu” – tot atâtea comenzi negative pe care îi impunem subconştientului să le execute! şi ne mai mirăm de ceea ce urmează: boală, sărăcie, limitări, eşec…
Soluţia? Să ne supraveghem monologul interior, să ne programăm mintea cu ajutorul unor afirmaţii pozitive, pe care le repetăm până când subconştientul le acceptă drept realitate. Plus consecvenţă: să nu-l zăpăcim cu un du-te-vino de afirmări/infirmări (una ne spunem nouă înşine – de exemplu, ”Mă simt minunat!” – şi alta îi spunem, în clipa următoare, celui care ne întreabă în ce ape ne mai scăldăm – ”Mă simt îngrozitor!”).
- Sentiment şi emoţie
Repetiţia (verbală) devine mult mai eficientă dacă este însoţită de emoţie. Cuvinte pozitive + emoţii pozitive = prosperitate, sănătate, succes. Cuvinte negative + emoţii negative = boală, sărăcie, limitări, eşec.
”Dacă vorbiţi cu voce tare sau ascultaţi muzică în timp ce folosiţi repetiţia pentru a imprima o idee în subconştientul vostru, intensitatea vibraţiilor va creşte şi veţi reuşi să imprimaţi informaţiile mult mai repede. Mai multe studii psihologice au arătat că imprimarea în subconştient se produce cu 85% mai repede când apelăm la muzică sau la înregistrări vocale.” (dr. Robert Anthony).
- Reprezentarea mentală (vizualizarea)
Subconştientul răspunde la reprezentări şi imagini de pe ecranul nostru mental. Pe lângă cuvinte şi emoţii, mai avem, aşadar, de supravegheat şi programat şi filmul care rulează pe acest ecran şi în care deţinem perpetuu rolul principal. Putem avea tot ceea reuşim să vizualizăm – ne garantează autorul -, fiindcă imaginile mentale ne determină comportamentul, stilul de viaţă, ne creează noua realitate.
Dacă reuşiţi să vă vedeţi dorinţa DEJA ÎNDEPLINITĂ, acest lucru va deveni o profeţie privind propria împlinire. Ceea ce gândiţi şi vă reprezentaţi mental astăzi determină ceea ce veţi experimenta în viitor.”
SUBCONȘTIENTUL POATE FI PROGRAMAT ȘI REPROGRAMAT
Programare – subconstient
Dacă-i aşa, de ce să nu vizualizăm tot ceea ce ne dorim? Tehnica nu pare rezervată iniţiaţilor, orice ”diletant” poate vizualiza, prin concentrare, culori, locuri şi oameni, peisaje şi conjuncturi în care i-ar plăcea să fie.
Şi mai simplu: cumpărăm un album, scriem cu majuscule, pe coperta lui „Planul destinului meu” şi începem să îl umplem cu imagini colorate ale locurilor unde vrem să ajungem, ale lucrurilor pe care vrem să le facem. Ne uităm la acele imagini în fiecare zi şi le lăsăm să se imprime în subconştient. În scurt timp, vom stăpâni tehnica vizualizării şi dorinţa noastră va deveni realitate.
Atât timp cât vom continua să ne reprezentăm mental lucrurile pe care ni le dorim, subconştientul nostru va uita greşelile, va schimba cursul, se va corecta şi ne va conduce direct la ţintă. Şi va face totul în mod automat! Exact ca o torpilă programată să detecteze un obiectiv.
CONŞTIENTUL ÎNTINDE CAPCANE
În timp ce ne reprezentăm mental lucrul pe care ni-l dorim, conştientul nostru limitat poate să conspire împotriva noastră folosindu-se de intelect: mintea conştientă se pune de-a curmezişul, cârcoteşte:”Visezi la cai verzi pe pereţi, este cu desăvârşire imposibil să obţii…” succesul, sănătatea, seninătatea, dragostea pe care le proiectăm, cu sârg, la nivel mental.
Soluţia? Să nu ne lăsăm intimidaţi. Să nu luăm de bune ce ne spune conştientul – informaţiile pe care le transmite el se limitează la cele cinci simţuri. Sistemul infailibil de ghidare este subconştientul.
ATRACŢIA MAGNETICĂ, DIMENSIUNEA CONŞTIINŢEI SUPERIOARE
